ORT-KesherNet, Kineshma

The ORT-KesherNet Computer Center is located at rented municipal premises and is operational since May 2002.

There were City Administration’s representatives, the chairman of Municipal Duma and leaders of Project Kesher at the opening ceremony. Centre’s establishing became a great event for the city.

The ORT-KesherNet ICT centre is well-known in the city and it also has an excellent reputation. Trainings for self-consciousness for the Kineshma’ citizens are conducted according the methods developed by experts of the centre. The centre is not educational only.

Acquainting citizens with traditions and history of Jewish people, it promotes revival of national Jewish culture and feeling of tolerance and mutual respect.

Since 2009 the joint project of Hewlett-Packard Corporation and ORT of  "GET-IT" Centre is realised here.
